Dead Chicken Prop Process
This prop was used in a stage production, The Welkin.
The goal for this prop was that it needed to look like a dead chicken and be pluckable, reset and used for several shows.

Latex Rendering
Adding skin bumps with thickened latex
Adhering removable feathers with hot glue as this makes the feathers pluckable with minimal damage to paint job
First thickened latex layer
Rendering with acrylic paints mixed into latex
